meet emma
Emma Reynolds (she/her) is the founder of the greenhouse. A strategic leader with over a decade of experience leading research, design, product, innovation and transformation disciplines in the not-for-profit and social enterprise sector.
Emma has influenced and shaped culture, products, strategy and experience across organisations including Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, Mental Health First Aid England, Campaign Against Living Miserably and Citizens Advice.
As an ILM Level 7 coach and mentor, Emma has spent the last 5 years working with leaders across industries including sports, helping them grow, develop and thrive in their current roles and plan for future ones. She holds a post-graduate certificate in Psychodynamic and Person-centred Therapy from Goldsmiths and is currently studying a masters in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Beyond coaching, Emma is an embodied yoga teacher who writes about accessible and inclusive yoga practice in her newsletter held. She's a group facilitator for BEAT Eating Disorders and is training as a Birth Companion to support women and babies experiencing inequality and disadvantage.
Emma is passionate about design justice, intersectionality and dismantling dominant systems through facilitative practice and strategic consultancy that centres marginalised and minoritised voices.
